03How much does delivery cost?βΌ
Delivery is FREE on orders above Rs. 2,000. For orders below that, a flat delivery fee applies which is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
04Which courier do you use?βΌ
We work with trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and other reliable services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
05How do I track my order?βΌ
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email. You can also visit our Track Order page to check your delivery status anytime.
06What if nobody is home at delivery time?βΌ
The courier will attempt delivery again the next day. You can also contact us to reschedule delivery at a time convenient for you.
